This component will support the following activities:
- Establishment and hiring of core Project implementation staff. Grenada’s government has already hired a Project Coordinator under the program to support project implementation. A project assistant from the Ministry of Communications, Works, Physical Development, Public Utilities, ICT & Community Development has been seconded to the project
- For fiduciary support, the program will leverage the expertise of the fiduciary staff of the existing PCU within the Ministry of Finance; however, there may be need to provide additional resources to strengthen such capacity.
- Logistic support for Ministry and PCU (PCs, office equipment, operating costs, audits, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and communication support)
- Development of Project Implementation Manual (PIM)
